Essential cookies
These keep the website secure and make the basket, checkout and your account work. They do not need consent.
- woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_*: remember your basket (session to 2 days).
- eb_consent: remembers your cookie choice (6 months).
- eb_assistant_v1 (session storage): keeps your Miles help chat open as you move between pages. Deleted when you close the tab.
- wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*: keep you signed in to your account (session or 14 days).
Session recordings (optional)
Only if you click “Accept analytics”, we record how pages are used during your visit (clicks, scrolling, pages viewed) so we can find and fix problems in the basket and checkout. Everything you type is hidden, address details are hidden, and card details are never recorded because they are handled by Stripe in a secure frame. Recordings are stored on our own server, never shared, kept only when something was added to the basket, and deleted after 30 days (other visits are deleted within 2 hours).
- eb_rec_sid (cookie, deleted when you close the browser) and eb_rec_sid, eb_rec_page (session storage): link the pages of one visit together.
Managing cookies
You can withdraw consent at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop the basket and checkout from working.
