Overview
The RANDRIDE YX80M-2 is built for riders who want comfort first. Front and rear suspension and 4-inch fat tyres soften potholes, cobbles and towpaths, and the 48V / 20Ah / 960Wh battery is large for an electric bike, although real range depends on assistance level, hills, wind, tyre pressure and rider weight. It charges in about 4–6 hours, and the manufacturer estimates a range of 31–60km. To check it against your own journeys, read How much range do I need?
A rear rack carries your bag or shopping, hydraulic brakes give a confident stop in the wet, and Shimano 7-speed gears help on hills. The bike weighs 41kg including the battery and carries up to about 200kg, one rider.
Motor, speed and UK use
The supplier lists a brushless motor of 200–250W and a maximum speed below 25km/h. These figures, the continuous rated power and the assistance behaviour of the exact UK variant are still being verified, so we do not yet describe this bike as compliant with the UK electrically assisted pedal cycle (EAPC) rules. A CE claim alone does not prove EAPC compliance. Please contact us before ordering if you intend to ride on public roads or cycle paths. Our guide UK electric bike laws, explained sets out the rules.
Delivery and returns
Free delivery to mainland UK addresses, dispatched from a UK warehouse and usually delivered in 3 to 5 working days. We email you your tracking details as soon as your bike ships. A full-suspension fat-tyre electric bike with a 48 V 20 Ah battery, seven-speed drivetrain and rear rack.
The 48V / 20Ah battery stores 960Wh and charges in about 4–6 hours from a normal socket. The manufacturer estimates 31–60km per charge; real range depends on assistance level, hills, wind, tyre pressure and rider weight.

FAQs
Is it legal to ride on UK roads?
Not confirmed yet. In England, Scotland and Wales an electric bike can be ridden like a normal bicycle only if its motor has a maximum continuous rated power of 250W and assistance stops at 15.5mph (the EAPC rules). The supplier lists 200–250W and a maximum speed below 25km/h, but we are still verifying the exact UK configuration, continuous rated power and assistance behaviour. A CE claim on its own does not prove EAPC compliance. Contact us before ordering if you plan to ride on public roads.
How heavy is it?
41kg including the battery, with a maximum load of about 200kg and one rider. It is a heavy bike: think about stairs and storage before you buy.
How long does the battery take to charge?
About 4–6 hours from empty, from a normal household socket.
How long is delivery?
Usually 3 to 5 working days to mainland UK, free of charge. Your bike ships from a UK warehouse and we email your tracking details as soon as it is dispatched.
Is this variant UK road-legal?
This has not yet been verified. Do not assume UK EAPC compliance from the listed motor power. Ask us before ordering for public-road use.
